Book Coaching is an HR project created by La Box Lilla and aimed at companies wishing to propose innovative cultural paths to their employees.

In Book Coaching, reading is used to improve relationships between participants and awareness on specific issues, functional to personal and group growth.

A path is developed in a series of meetings of 1 hour each , in which 1 book is assigned to be read monthly on which to discuss in the next meeting.

Ad hoc literary paths are created according to the client’s needs. Among the most requested are:

  • engagement / relational
  • awareness on a specific theme (leadership, individual conflicts, change management …)
  • sense of cultural belonging

The meetings are moderated by the organizers, Federico Tavola and Cristina Di Canio, who since 2013 have successfully managed the Lilla Box Reading Group.
